Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh spoke Rajya Sabha TV’s Akhilesh Kumar ahead of the Assembly polls in the state. The 83-year-old Congress veteran, who has been on the chief minister’s chair four times earlier, expressed confidence that his government will come back to power.
He claimed to have developed the state in the past five years.
“We came out with several development-oriented programmes for all sections of the society, especially the weaker section,” said the chief minister.
He also accused the BJP of floating false propaganda against him, and said he was ready for a debate on any issue.
