President, Vice President and Prime Minister greet people on Dussehra

Today, India celebrates the festival of Dussehra also known as Vijaya dashami, as this commemorate the victory of good over evil.

President, Vice President and Prime Minister greeted the nation on this occasion.

President Ram Nath Kovind greeted people on the occasion of Durga Puja, Dussehra and Vijayadashmi.

In his message, the President said On the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja and Vijayadashmi, I convey Shubho Bijoya as well as Dussehra greetings and best wishes to all my fellow citizens in India and abroad.

Extending his good wishes to the people Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu also tweeted that Dussehra festival reminds us of the victory of Good over Evil.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi too took to Twitter and wished the entire nation on Dussehra.

Meanwhile, as the country is soaked in a festive mood, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in Ravan Dahan programme along with President Ram Nath Kovind in Delhi.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi & Sonia Gandhi will also participate in Dusshera celebrations.
